Fun, creative and energetic, each forest bath can be adapted to suit individuals, groups and the weather. They're also perfect for organizing personal or even professional events!
Each forest bath also includes a musical break (with my "magic" instruments that Christine Bourru, a certified forest bath guide, slips into her backpack) and ends with the sharing of a forest tea.
Objectives: disconnect from everyday life, feel the benefits of nature, marvel and indulge yourself.
