Castle Pas du Cerf

Pets welcome

Family estate since 1848. The 80 hectares of A.O.P. Côtes de Provence vines on the hillside are set in a natural, preserved setting in the heart of the Maures mountains. The GUALTIERI family invites you to come and taste their wines in the cellar.

About

There are very few families where the culture of wine and the love of the land are passed down from generation to generation, with the same fervour and the same taste for a job well done. Since 1848, and after 8 generations of winegrowers, Aurore, Diane and Marion, the three daughters of Geneviève and Patrick GUALTIERI, have brought Château Pas du Cerf to life with sincerity and authenticity.

In the heart of unspoilt nature and preserved biodiversity, the 80 hectares of A.O.P. Côtes de Provence vines enjoy a remarkable location. Nestling in the heart of a 700-hectare forest, the estate uses organic farming methods and is certified to level 3 of High Environmental Value.

Two function rooms are available for your private or professional events.

The estate also offers a number of wine-tourism activities:
- 4 educational trails in the forest are available: on foot, by bike or in a gyropod, to discover independently or with a guide at Château Pas du Cerf.
- Audio-guided tour: listen to the history of our estate in the middle of the vines.
- Cellar tour: discover the secrets behind the making of our wines through an unusual visit to our cellars.
- Co vigneron workshop: Co vigneron is an organisation that offers vineyard sponsorship vouchers, enabling you to take part in 3 wine-related workshops. The GUALTIERI family invites you to come and taste their wines at the cellar.
