Les Tamaris-Chez Raymond restaurant, overlooking Saint-Clair beach in Le Lavandou, serves local cuisine with fish and lobster specialities grilled on a wood fire, Bouillabaisse and seafood.
Opposite the sea right on the water front, come and taste the local, family cooking begun by Mrs Ida VIALE based on fresh, natural products and local fish. Since 1963, out of respect for tradition the son Raymond VIALE cooks the bouillabaisse and fish in a wood fired oven.
